Dance was my first form of self-expression as a child. I danced ballet for 10 years, practiced yoga since 2001, and danced whenever I could.
During my art studies, movement took a backseat, as the focus shifted to more intellectual pursuits at the master’s level. Returning to movement felt like coming home.
Over the years, I’ve explored many powerful methods and schools of feminine movement, each leaving its mark. This journey naturally evolved into a unique healing experience, where I integrate movement, guided meditation, astral travel, and Reiki to facilitate deep healing. Feminine Movement Meditation is a weekly in-person class that brings together meditation and dance. Imagine yourself in the most natural and comfortable position your body asks for at the moment. Your eyes are closed and you feel safe. You start breathing your own rhythm.
My directions are simple and specific yet open enough for you to start exploring your own unique movement of energy. You enter your inner world and find yourself guided by the forces of your body rather than the mind. No one is watching, your confidence grows and you discover new channels running through your vessel. You feel a new level of relaxation, power, sensuality and heart connection. On the physical level you release the energy that causes pre- and menopause symptoms (there is no better movement for it and I am my own proof!). Psychologically you feel fully prepared for the day and anything life brings you.
